James first started his relationship with Floyd Mayweather 10 years ago, as he would drive to Vegas and have meetings to discuss Floyd’s plans to build his legacy outside of the boxing arena.

Lisa discovered the Mayweather Boxing + Fitness brand while she was on vacation with her family. While in the class, she instantly knew she found her passion. She called about franchising that same day and within a month owned franchise rights. Formerly a lawyer, Lisa knew this was going to be a complete career change for her, but she was ready for the challenge. She also knew that Kevin would be the perfect partner for her to spearhead this new adventure with, as he started boxing competitively four years ago and is now a four-time state champ who recently made his pro debut. Fitness is an important part of both of their lives and they want to bring this exciting workout concept to their community.

Mayweather Boxing + Fitness plans to open eight franchise locations in the St. Louis area. The brand is seeking experienced multi-unit franchisees who are aligned with Floyd’s championship mentality. This market is a completely open territory, so this is an opportunity for a franchisee to own the entire region.

It makes sense, then, that Mayweather Boxing + Fitness launched back in 2018 and is entirely based around ‘training like the champ’. With its high-intensity classes and virtual reality workout options, the brand is quickly rising as a leading contender in the fitness franchising space.

A new-to-Orlando fitness business created by professional boxer Floyd Mayweather plans multiple new Central Florida locations, including one opening soon. Los Angeles-based Mayweather Boxing + Fitness plans to open gyms in Melbourne, Oviedo and Celebration.

It offers an average of five classes on weekdays, three on Saturdays and two on Sundays. Classes are 45 or 60 minutes. Members can learn from and train with Mayweather as his image is projected on a smart screen.
